Ward 4 Town Council incumbent Tamara Becker and challenger Kim Likins will participate in our Candidate Forum. This will be a Q&A Session where all in attendance will be able to direct their questions to the Candidates. We will close the session with brief statements from each candidate. The First Amendment of our Constitution guarantees certain rights for citizens, including the right of free speech, but not all speech is protected.
